Do you have any references?

YES. You are welcome to contact ANY of our clients from our portfolio and ask them what they think of us and our work ethics.

We often see companies providing references "upon request", which is a pre-filtered method of screening who you should be in touch with. Its easy to screen and select only the clients that will say good things about you. We believe that the best way to find out more about someones work ethic is to be able to contact any of their clients. If their work is good and their servicing is excellent then the client will have nothing but good things to say about them. Over the past four years we have developed many strong and successful relationships and we invite you to contact any of our clients. Please be aware that some of our customers are large companies hence if you are having a hard time getting a hold of someone, we will be happy to provide you with a point of contact within that organization.

Bottom line, we encourage you to talk to any of our customers!

Whats your turn around time for servicing?

That depends on the urgency. If your site maintains information that is time sensitive then we can make the changes to your site within 24 hours. If your company has a site where the content is extremely time sensitive then we can always develop a Web browser based administrative tool that will allow you to log in and change the information right on the spot.

Can I maintain and update my own Web site?

YES. Once the project has been completed you own 100% of the site and you are welcome to do anything you want to. If, however, you are not programmer savvy then we will be glad to take care of the Web site for you.

How do you charge for work?

In order for us to start on any project the first thing we will need is a down payment which is a percentage of the total project cost. Naturally the larger the total cost of the project the smaller fraction of the cost you'll have to pay as a down payment (in general projects under $1,000 require a 25% to 50% down payment and any projects over $1,000 require 25% or less). Invoicing is done once a month at the end of each month. You will be invoiced based on the percentage of the work that has been completed. Once the project is finished there are no additional costs unless you decide to have some kind of a servicing plan. A word of advice... always be cautious of companies that want to charge you a "maintenance fee" after the site is finished. If you have a site that will require a lot of ongoing servicing then it might be more affordable to have a servicing schedule where a fixed amount is determined and charged on a monthly basis.

Can I use my existing hosting company?

In most cases YES. We have no problems working with your existing hosting company. If, however, your host has any technical limitations then we will make a suggestion for another hosting company to be used. In general you can get a Web server for a small to medium size Web site (5 to 75 Web pages) for around $150 per year. The server package includes things such as an infinite number of email accounts, Web hits tracking, and much more.

What do I need to get an e-commerce site going?

First you will need to gather information on all of the items you will be selling. Once you have an idea of what your catalog will be like then we will talk about logistical issues such as shipping options, payment methods and other store features you will have.

Second, you will also need a merchant account. Merchant accounts allow you to manually process credit card numbers.

Third, depending on whether you want to have your credit cards automatically processed or not, you might want to consider getting a gateway. A gateway costs around $150 for a one time setup fee and then you pay a monthly fee which covers the overall automation of the credit card authorization and processing. We have teamed up with Authorize.net to give you a discounted gateway.
